Killcare Beach
An accidental find whilst exploring the area. So glad we found it however. I could have spent all day here exploring the rocky area. Plenty of crabs and little fish taking shelter in the rocks. This place was heaven. From the beach section that is patrolled by the local life guards to the rock pools and rocks to climb up at low tide. This place is going straight to my favorites list. This is one place where you need to really watch where you walk however. Some rocks will be slippery whilst others host a myriad of sea creatures. I would like to cime back here some day and get to know the area better.

Great surf beach, with a really nice cafe at the life saving club. There's also a great little natural rockpool on the southern tip of the beach. But don't tell everyone, it'll get too crowded...

I've found the beach while just walking around the area. The beach is really clean with just a few pieces of trash laying around. At the beginning of the beach there is a nice lovely caffee and if you want to be adventurous you can climb the rocks on the side of the beach and just walk further just pay attention to not slip of because some of them are really slippery. I've even found a peale's falcon nest with baby birds in it. Along the beach and at the end of it there are plenty of parking spots and there even starts a really nice walking walk called Bouddi coastal walk" definitely a must to go."

allows dogs has a work out area and close by tons of parking and life guards or life savers watch tower waves can be high and extreme wouldn't recommend going into water when they are like that without someone on duty

Beautiful large beach, quiet end at Putty, more surf in middle and by the Club. Borders Bouddi National Park with great walk nearby.

I can highly recommend a visit to Killcare Beach on the Central Coast for a relaxing day out. This picturesque beach offers a stunning setting, with white sand and crystal-clear waters perfect for swimming and surfing. Take a leisurely walk along the shoreline and enjoy the stunning views of the ocean. The nearby Bouddi National Park offers a range of walking trails that are perfect for nature enthusiasts. Families will love the kids rock pool, which is a great place for children to play and explore. Overall, Killcare Beach is a wonderful destination for a day out in nature, with plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy

Aesthetically gorgeous but we didn’t find it super practical. Not much shade to be had and waves breaking quite close to shore. Decent walk across the hot sand to get close to the water. The end closest to the SLSC is the way to go as it had toilet, showers and kiosk.

Cozy and big beach. Dogs are allowed so there are plenty but since the beach is so big you can still feel alone at the beach ⛱️
