My wife's 2005 Kia Rio went in for a minor service and a tire rotation and balance. When she left she drove 300m to collect the kids from school and knew straight away that something wasn't right. She took the car straight back to them. She explained it didn't feel right. She was giving them the opportunity to fix it. It had a weird vibration that was felt mostly in the accelerator pedal. Weird I know. What did they do to this car? It drove perfectly before they worked on it. Also the steering wheel now pulls to the leftThey then revved the engine really hard in the carpark and then he took it for a test drive. He came back and dropped the tire pressures by 1 psi. He then told my wife that that's just the roads around here". They just blew there chance to fix it. My wife left knowing two things. They didn't take her seriously or believe her that her car wasn't quite right and secondly
