Peter rang and let me know he was running early so can before due time. Did the clean and inspection and then spoke to me about the flue cap may need replacing int he next 12 or so months. Great advice on burn the wood better to look after the flue. Thanks Peter.

Peter was beyond fantastic. He was extremely prompt with communication. He arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful with his service. He fully explained our fireplace for our new house, how to use it, how to clean, how often to have it serviced etc. I can not recommend Peter and everyone at 4th Generation Chimney Sweep enough! Called Peter about an older wood burning heater in our newly purchased house, after sending through a few pictures he immediately knew the solution to get us through this winter.They arrived on time, cleaned the heater and restored it to a safe operating function. Very professonial and clearly full of knowledge and experience.Explained to us the correct way to operate the heater to ensure we are not wasting wood or heat, recommended the best products for the future and was happy to assist with any questions I had.Extremely highly recommended. 10/10.

Just had the team from 4th Generation Chimney Sweep out to clean the flue of my wood fire. The whole process was performed in a timely manner from the initial web enquiry to the day of the service. They noticed an issue from the initial installation from another company and rectified that. They then tested the heater and gave advice on the ongoing maintenance and operation. Will certainly be using again.
