Janet Ireland Florist Shoppe

My husband ordered 'pinking of you' flowers through an online florist site linked back to Janet Ireland. It was a complete surprise for our wedding anniversary and so when i sent him the pic of the flowers received he was shocked because they weren't the correct ones. Yet a much cheaper bunch. I rang the florist who didnt seem to apologetic yet rectified the issue by picking up the wrong flowers and then going back again and re delivering the correct bunch. They had clearly been out of water for some time and in extreme heat of the day had wilted on the edges and she didnt seem to want to sincerely apologize for such an anti climax of a surprise. Thank you to my beautiful husband but we will not be using this florist again simply because customer service is so important and everyone makes mistakes but taking ownership is a great quality which i feel was never shown in this muddled transaction.

Flowers delivered were exceptional, very brightly coloured as requested. Would definitely reccommend.

What a disgrace after confirming twice the price of delivered flowers for x amount they then charged me $30 more the conversation with the owner on the Friday ended with me asking twice and to have confirm the price of flowers delivered and yet they were a pretty ordinary bunch. I would not use this florist again and when asked the additional charge she tried to justify by falsely said the conversation went different. I have have a habit of noting done what was said including times and what she said was completely false. Do not use this florist I have already, verbally advised people in the area
