Absolute worst job provider you could attend. NEVER on time with there appointments always waiting atleast 45 minuted to an hour but yet they can let some flob from arndale walk in and say he needs to be seen cause he has drug appointment. This place will never change the staff are terrible and sit there doing absolutely nothing. I would recommend attending maxx employment.

I received only one text message less than 24 hours before my (FIRST...YES that's right folks Before that text message I had NO PRIOR CONTACT from them)...1st appointment as a Reminder" and when I rang the office to clarify how to show exemption the receptionist was so aggressive with me then told me she was going to report me for non compliance

Stear clear of this company, they are toxic, instead of helping and working with you, if you can't make an appointment or task for the best of reasons they won't re-organise it and they give you a demerit straight away! Even if they've stuffed up and you have been given a Demerit they say they can't remove it! Be warned! I'd give no stars but that can't be done.

A dreadful experience. Waited an hour for my appointment and got rushed through at the end of the day so they could knock off on time. A useless waste of taxpayers money

worse place you can go to, they make feel bad, they have no regard for your safety. I had one guy threatening me with a knife. then Jobs didn't want me to report it. Because it would make them look bad. So I had to leave Jobs Statewide. Luke is the worst, he thinks his royalty.

If you didn't have any mental health issues you will after a few interactions with Jobs Statewide Woodville.Vulnerable people deserve a lot better than this.Liars and nasty nasty people run this place.Any staff who actually try to 'help' people get moved on or quit because of the rampant toxicity.

Where do I start? Jobs Statewide have their and good and bad faults, Luke has continuously belittled me on so many occasions, I know I am not the only person that feels this way. The Good has been Taylor , Jade , Vangelis and Beverly and Kristina. April who works at the front is nice at times, but there are times where she will be very short with people to the point she constantly dismisses people like they're little children. Taylor, Vangelis have constantly helped people not just me. They go out of their way to help people, Jade will greet everyone with a very friendly manner. Beverly is bubbly and very helpful. Kristina actually talks to you not down to you. However Luke is the biggest culprit when it comes to making a person feel bad about themselves, for example I was threatened by a job seeker with a knife for no provocation on my behalf and the Police was called by me. However Luke made me feel like it was my fault. Now with April I don't think she is a bad person, but has hard times with some bad job seekers, so its understandable on one hand why April is short with people. But Luke makes people uncomfortable to be at Woodville park. I am unemployed and I don't feel good about myself as is.

I arrived early for a scheduled appointment yesterday, then I had to wait 50 minutes to be seen, about an hour after the appointment, I received a SMS saying that they had suspended my payment, because I had not attended an appointment. They must be having a laugh because they sent the SMS just on closing time so I that I could not phonethem. until today. They are either incompetent or very cruel.

With no prior centrelink call, I was transferred to Woodville. It is moles away from where I live. If I had received a call, I would have never accepted the agency.A phone call to centrelink required me to phone woodville to get a transfer. I got all sorts of excuses and was still required to attend. I refused.A second call to centrelink fixed the problem. Read all about this mob before engaging a bunch of liers from the beginning. Don't deal with them. Write and complain. Threaten their contact renewal with the federal government.
