Sean is a great physio, he’s completely healed the a shoulder injury I had. The advice he gave and exercises had me doing were specifically tailored to my lifestyle and the fitness training that I do.I had an instantly noticeable difference even on my first visit, now a month later the pain is gone and movement is normal again.

Love working with Sean on my pre-natal plan, focusing on pelvic floor. The exercises are great and lots of monitoring and advice makes me feel really comfortable doing thr exercises.

I've been seeing Sean regularly throughout my third trimester of pregnancy. He's helped so much with chronic back pains, keeping me active, and my sleeping positions. Feeling great as I go into the last few weeks. Highly recommend.

Throughout years of playing footy and other sports I’ve had a lot of Physio appointments, for a whole range of injuries. It’s so important to be able to trust your Physio, so when my last Physio got picked up by an AFL club the search was on for a Physio I could trust. Sean was great at explaining and treating my most recent injury, and has worked with me to plan my return to playing as soon as possible (but giving realistic expectations to avoid reinjury). He has been a Physio for Melbourne Victory, so he clearly knows his stuff when it comes to sporting injuries! Stolked to have found my new go to (And a bonus that there’s heaps of parking nearby)

The team at Evado are great. Sean has been an amazing support managing my transition into pilates. My back pain is almost gone and I don’t feel like I’m 70 getting out of bed in the morning any more. I look forward to furthering my progress.

I’ve been attending Evado studios Essendon since it launched in December 2021 and have absolutely loved it! The trainers are excellent and I love that the groups/classes are reasonably small so you are always being closely guided and supported in the exercises.

I came to Evado studios Essendon for physiotherapy for my shoulder injury. Sean has been fantastic, setting out a clear program for my rehab. Alongside physio treatment, I have also started pilates classes ... small classes which I love, and attentive instructors who ensure you are challenged and supported in equal measure. I highly recommend the friendly team at Evado whether you need physio treatment or fitness/strength classes.

I’ve been seeing Sean for a while to treat a shoulder injury of over 2 years. He has been wonderful with his Physio advice and I am enjoying his Clinical Pilates classes which are fun and supportive.
