I called Vin about a problem with my hot water system late on Sunday morning and he was able to fix it on Sunday afternoon. I was very impressed with the service. He was responsive, efficient, professional and friendly. He contacted me prior to arriving at my property and sent me photos of the part he replaced. Mostly importantly he fixed the problem, it was seamless. Thank you so much Vin.

Vin was very prompt in replying to my request and even though the job was quite challenging, he and his offsider conducted themselves in a very professional, efficient & friendly manner. In fact, I then had them quote on a toilet installation which I accepted. Good value. Highly recommend.

I would definitely recommend this business. I was particularly impressed with their honesty and transparency in assessing the issue before coming to site, and afterwards. They came out on a public holiday and did all they could to repair my hot water system, unfortunately the fault was specific to the manufacturer so not much could be done. Regardless, they provided a reduced rate even though they were entitled to a much higher rate, and I was most appreciative of the service I received. You'll not be disappointed in engaging this business.

Our hot water system ceased working on a Sunday night. We contacted Canberra Hot Water that evening not expecting anyone to get back to us that night! They responded immediately and provided a quote at the same time. The hot water system was replaced the next day. So impressed! Would thoroughly recommend!
