By far the best gym I’ve ever been a part of. The workouts are tough and the trainers push you every session. All it takes is roughly 40mins and you’re guaranteed to be sweating, laughing and growing stronger. Can’t see myself training anywhere else!

My sessions at HSC are genuinely one of my favourite parts of my week. I’ve learnt so much about my body + form, and after two months I feel stronger than I have training anywhere else. Couldn’t recommend this place more! Shoutout to Jake for being the best coach

Hands down, best choice I’ve made training at 4phase. The workouts are brutally fun, the fellow members are inspiring, the workouts are led by personal trainers who genuinely care and give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement (wink wink). The timetable structure is convenience at its finest, the music is blaring, and the atmosphere is awesome. It’s a life changing gym experience and I recommend everyone get around it!!!

4 phase is a place where you can truely be yourself, have a great workout and mingle with friends. The trainers make it what is is by welcoming everyone and creating a very strong sense of community. I never thought I could love a gym until I came to 4 Phase.

HSC is an OUTSTANDING gym space with a wide variety of people who are likeminded and are all very welcoming.Jake is the owner and leads by example in everything he does. Jakes Care, Integrity and Habit of Excellence are the reasons why HSC sets the standard for world class gym facilities, programming and coaching.I also love the unique approach Jake takes in being focused on sustainable S&C to optimise performance in sport and in general life.I could not recommend HSC enough as you WILL love it!

Without a doubt the best gym I’ve been to - the trainers all genuinely want to be there and care about getting you the best results. Friendly, fun environment and I’ve never felt stronger. Such a bonus having a rolling start time every 15 minutes, makes it super flexible.

Accountability, results and sense of community - everything I could want in a gym and more! With no set class-times it makes it easy to make it down before or after work. Dan and the team at 4Phase are unreal! The only style of workout that I actually see results with and it always keeps it interesting with minimal planning/thought required as all workouts are planned for you.

My attitude to health and fitness is beginning to change as I get older. Biology isn’t on my side anymore, and it makes recovery harder and progress slower. I found I kept getting injured playing netball, touch rugby etc. 4 Phase Training tests me every time - I feel I can challenge myself in a more controlled environment with a lot of support and guidance from the instructors. The workouts always keep me guessing, the time goes quick, and it is never boring. I can feel that I am getting stronger, and it does as much for my body as it does my mind. I am now exercising to preserve health, maintain bone strength etc. I find the 3 sessions/week package suits me perfectly.. and I love the fact that there are no mirrors! I highly recommend!

Brilliant gym to work out in. Personalised service and training. This 4 phase gym program really tests your limits and improves all aspects of your strength and endurance.Everyone at the gym is dedicated and friendly… this gym is a non negotiable for my fitness and mental health. I am 57 and all the young crew motivate me, and the more mature crew also inspire me with their efforts.Get onboard with 4 Phase gym, you won’t regret it if your serious about your health and fitness!!
