I went to him when he was with carswell for a property settlement, parenting agreement and a divorce settlement, he quoted me and said he would look after everything, I paid the full amount, he did the property & parenting, yet.. failed to submit the divorce papers ... when I asked him why hasn't my divorce papers come through, he asked me why I wanted a divorce, and still didn't submit the paperwork after I told him I needed closure on my marriage. As I found out 3 months ago, I am still married. The original application should have been submitted in 2008. 14 years ago !
