Serpentine Falls Cafe Roadhouse

We have been randomly heading to the Falls Roadhouse for lunch for the last 10 years but haven't been up this way since Sept 21.Once again, we were NOT disappointed.Despite changing hands since our last visit, which can often affect a place, the staff were friendly and polite and our food cooked to order. The couple of burgers we ordered were huge and fairly tasty.We will definitely be back.

Have had hot chips with cappuccino.. Great taste.. Moreover great taste was top up with friendly staff there.. Nice, cosy old school vibe there.. Love this country side little stop.❤️

Returned customer 1st experience was great, service friendly, good choice of food and reasonable prices. 2nd time visit, very enjoyable, great coffee. Food was great and good variety. 3rd and last visit ordered a ham and salad roll was charged hamburger price $13.30. Only played that price because the lady went and made it fresh. Could of gone to Mundijong at got 2 for that price. Will not be returning to there again

Stopped here with my wife and child for a quick feed. Got chips, chicken schnitzel burger and two drinks. Also got food poisoning so bad I had to go to the hospital. Power spewed and have had diarrhoea for two days now.Definitely do NOT recommend.

I have had food here before and the ladies were nice and food was fine, however, today we went for steak sandwiches and the young kids running the shop clearly have not been trained. Sandwich was disgusting... After explaining that a steak sandwich with the lot has salads bacon etc they took it back and added salads but they were wilted and not fresh and the sandwich was soggy. Practically inedible. They were nice kids and tried but clearlt had no idea. Management needs to up their game here. Train your people properly. This is not acceptable

Nice spot to stop for a drink or something to eat. I was a bit late for food but they have pleasant, friendly staff.

A quaint little roadhouse in Serpentine. The customer service and breakfast was excellent. It could do with a little refurbishing and the toilets need a major clean. They have a big collection of homemade Jams and Pickled as well as Honey.

Very disappointing!! This was the second time we went to this roadhouse. First time was before covid and we really liked it, good food, coffee and friendly atmosphere. Our second visit 2 and a bit years later and got to wonder what's happened. Food is not good coffee not worth drinking and the friendly atmosphere.... gone. So disappointing especially with what covid has dished out so far. Mask are mandatory and I'm pretty sure they don't serve any purpose worn below the chin. We are expected to wear them inside and I'm fairly sure that applies to the staff that serve you.The wait,,,,, we waited way too long to get served while the lady behind the counter talked with the local park ranger about a job as a ranger in the park. He had his order already and we stood waiting while they discussed the details of the prospective new job. Our order was finally taken and we sat down to enjoy our silverside sandwich with pickel, what there was of it and my wife's sandwich was supposed to be roast beef with pickel. Their sign said what each row of sandwich was however no roast beef. To top it off the sandwiches were old. We left quickly after being served disappointed with our second visit. We won't go back again. Very sad for a country roadhouse as it's really good to get out into the country and enjoy a coffee and a bite to eat.

I go here for the coffee milk shake it's something different and taste good. They are always friendly just the tables and chairs need updated outside.
