The Black Stone
Was so looking forward to the breaky experience but was very disappointed. The food pic's look amazing but unfortunately the meal was stone cold, greasy, mushrooms were very over cooked & scrambled eggs were like rubber. The hot chocky as you can see was yuck, no froth & very uninviting. After speaking to management about our concern the matter was dealt with in a professional manner.

I was most impressed with my recent birthday lunch here. Delicious, beautifully cooked chicken, lovely fresh salad, and perfect chips. The others with me also really enjoyed their meals. We were in a rush, and fast ordering and service meant we could have our meals and relax afterwards before having to leave, which was much appreciated. Such a lovely atmosphere with excellent service, make this my favourite local place for a meal. The new art and decor additions make this an even more welcoming, relaxing environment. We will be back regularly thank you!

Amazing, really good quality food and flavours, delicious!! Also a really nice atmosphere and restaurant room- great place for a fancy dinner with the fam or friends. Service and staff were really good and polite, however they could be more attentive. Overall amazing views and food. Would recommend!!

Was excited to try out the new venue as live locally. Venue was great and staff were polite and attentive. Unfortunately the deal breaker for us was the price and the size of the meals. Plus no kids menu as well. The quality of the food was good, but not comparable to other restaurants in town, especially for the price. Simply not a sustainable place to regularly visit for us which is such a shame as we need more suburban restaurants such as this one. Hoping the owners revisit their menu and align with meal sizes and prices of other successful venues in Launceston.

We had a beautiful very filling lunch here today, the food was cooked perfectly, my fish was so very tasty and plenty of it with accompaniment of fries and salad. The burgers looked amazing also and was told they were delicious and very filling. The atmosphere was lovely and the staff were very attentive and happy. This is my second dining visit here and without a doubt we will be back. Thank you for a pleasant day at this beautiful spacious venue.

I found it very fancy, was expecting more of a Cafe vibe, but its DEFINATELY a fancy restaurant.Very good food and very accepting of my 2 little kids. Comfortable and fairly relaxed atmosphere. Nice new establishment a good addition to Blackstone Heights!
