Any other business would lose their customers. Waiting half an hour without any sign of staff.Needs better management for patients.

Waited over 40 mins with 1 patient coming out from their blood work. 9 people ahead of us.Left to head to Shellharbour Private Pathology. 3 people ahead of us. We were all done in 15 mins flat.

Don't come here on a weekend. During the week a lovely lady is on. Go during the week if you can.

If this is the one at the square don't bother, unless there is no-one in front of you it's not worth the ridiculous waiting time. It seems they put on newer techs without any senior techs to help out with the long line of people that are always waiting half hour plus to do their blood work.
