Brilliant service. We needed a headlight bulb replaced. It was more complicated than normal, but they looked at it immediately, and fixed it no fuss. Such great service.

Fantastic service. Mate got a flat battery on his bike. We removed it and took to Port Douglas Automotive. They found the correct replacement, charged it for 2 hours while we got a coffee and we were on our way. Super friendly staff and owner. Highly recommend.

Today we visited Port Douglas and in the afternoon going up a hill a cracking noise was noticeWe find Port Douglas Automotive and see if someone could look at the car to tell us how bad it was, the garage was very busy and my wife spoke to a lady call Anne who was the most kind and so professional lady we came across and say when my husband have few minutes he will look at itThis lady was amazing as we were waiting we saw Anne dealing with nice or demanding costumers and was always calm , polite and professional, was multitask, know everyone by name and trying to help everyone at onceHer husband looked at the car and it was not a good news and they recommended garage to help us in Cairns as we are travelling, but the way we were treated at PDA certainly made my day how kind and caring Anne wasI would recommend to anyone to support this amazing and professional businessIf you want the best serviceMerciPascal & Nicky

Took my car here after it had broken down, suspected starter motor after road side assist attended. The receptionist was amazing and has already ordered my part, meaning my vehicle was out within 7 business hours. They were updating me with phone calls, letting me know each cost before the service was carried out, and the service. Was perfect. My car now runs smoother than ever.Thank you so much!
