Tasty meat, but If you going to offer wagu strip loin, needs to be cut thick enough to render fat to be able to cook to preferences. Steak was cut too thin for ease of cooking.

Fabulous Butchers Shop in Noosa Junction Plaza. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The shop front and display is always presented so well. They make a lot of different meal alternatives as well to take the hassle out of what to cook for dinner. The different flavours in the sausages are not only interesting they’re delicious and our guests at bbqs always comment on how good they are. The meat is so fresh and tender even when I cook it.Recommend the Tuscan spicy and Noosa Outback sausages or rissoles for your next bbq #noosajunctionplaza

We have been purchasing our meat from this fantastic family butcher for 3 months now.It is without doubt the best quality meat I have ever cooked and eaten.We had a family dinner today with a leg of lamb we purchased and everyone was raving.The absolute best.Please do yourself a favour and give it a try.

The highlight of my shopping trip each week. High quality meat, absolutely, but its the lovely family that run it, the advice and knowledge they give, and that clear fact they are really great butchers, and will knock anything up for you. Cut it how you like, tie it up, break it down. Me and the kids visit every week. They are the best.

Only visited the once while on Holidays... prices are a bit high , but the steak I got was superb. Tender and tasty... happy to pay high price for high quality.
