Very pleasant and friendly staff. Good quality rings with moderate prices.

There was tall indian lady supposedly the manager, had an extremely poor attitude to the level that she was plain rude. The prices are extremely high for diamonds which are barely diamonds considering their clarity and color. Staff just tries to rip you off and lie about the prices and sales. I was offered a couple of options and told that the items are on sale, but when checked I found out that they were the original prices. Stay away spend your money at a better place.

Had the most amazing experience in this store, brought my brother a chain and the lady Zed was so helpful and patient with me and learning the store has a new manager named Gabby who was also really lovely and understanding in regards to procedures for getting what they call a Care plan to ensure the chain I purchased will always remain in great condition. Zed and Gabby went above and beyond to provide the best service! I’ll definitely be back ☺️

Worst service and experience ever, they don’t even care about what they offer they mention that can delivery something on time and they can not meet deadlines, thanks to them I don’t have a birthday present for my daughter. Better to go any other store. Please save your time, energy and money to expend in this place

Absolutely top shelf! Can’t fault the staff! Especially the assistant manager, Belinda. Nothing is too much trouble! These guys have become our go to jeweller’s. Even if they don’t have exactly what we’re looking for I am happy to compromise purely because of the customer service! Well done to all the staff, you are invaluable assets to the company!

Staff happy to mislead in order to make a sale. Management then very condescending with a “Too bad, so sad” attitude. Disappointing.

Most appalling, negative service from Ms Harpreet K. Refused to redeem my voucher and made me feel uncomfortable with my purchase. I am sure if the commission was a large amount, how she would have improved her attitude. You might have your reasons to be that way, but it will be sad when you realise your sales are down.

The big indian lady manger is extremely rude, she treats you like a begger and lie to you about sale prices. Prices are extremely high considering the poor quality of diamonds.

I went to Westfield plenty valley wanting to get a pair of diamond earring and getting my engagement ring resize. I purchased my engagement ring but wasn’t sure about the size and was hesitated to buy. However, I was convinced by the manager at Westfield plenty valley at the time telling me I could bring in the ring for resizing for free. Hence, I did buy on the spot. Today, I went back to the store and being told the manager no longer works at the store and they won’t honor the verbal agreement they made. What a dishonor brand. Luckily I asked for resizing first before asking to look at the earrings. Don’t want to deal with this kind of disgusting retailer anymore.

Entered the shop with intentions of purchasing an item. Only one staff member was working and they were locked in conversation with a friend who had dropped in for a chat. I stood at the counter for a few minutes waiting and was ignored and not acknowledged. Decided to take my business elsewhere.Understandable if they are in the middle of a purchase helping a customer. But not in this circumstance.
