Rubbish service. We engaged this company for a bond clean weeks in advance, and had email confirmation that the job was good to go ahead. The day they were due to clean the house they simply didn't show up, and hung up on me when I called them. AVOID!Edit: We have security cameras out the front of the house - the job was booked for 930am check your email - you didn't show up!

My client was left this morning with little choice after poor communication to look for alternatives. After arranging for a 8am clean, a representative called shortly before and stated they where not coming and then immediately shut their phone off. Luckily no payment was paid in advance and no financial loss was incurred. I must admit it was not a surprise given poor response to communications. Very disappointed and lucky for me organisations exist that honor their own service standards to clients.

Awesome job! Called Yours Bond Cleaning after the house had been poorly cleaned by the previous tenants/bond cleaners and they left it spotless. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using this service again.
