Guardian Network

Guardian Network has a workforce of approx 400 employees and a client base of about 1500 of which are both Brokerage and HCP clients. The reviews certainly do not reflect the size of the business as there have only been a few reviews over the past few years.I have been with Guardian Network for 18 months. Before I applied , I read the reviews. Some reviews weren't great but I decided to take my chances and apply and I am so glad that I did!I am learning all the time, especially during Covid19! At times work is challenging but I find it very rewarding. Management is supportive and I was given a promotion after 3 months : )If you are hardworking and wanting to learn, Guardian Network may be for you. Great people and so much to learn.Regarding the office location, there is lots of free parking available and public transport to the office. There is a great cafe across the road and a supermarket a few minutes walk away.

Guardian Network is a great company to work for and start your career in Age care field. They have support workers from different cultures & background to efficiently help the elderly & meet their needs

The management are incredibly hostile and force staff to take work that they do not want to take. They care more about quantity than quality and overall this is an awful company. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Guardian Network is an amazing company to work for and grow your career with. The management are caring and considerate of clients’ needs, staff are friendly and professional. They also provide continuous training for staff. Great pay and benefits!

We were with another provider before going with guardian in our experience they make all our requests easy and have had no problems with any aspect of there care giving. Our care giver jade has been a great help and companion , our gardener darren is allways prompt and does a good job thank you guardian

The reputation of this company was the reason I entrusted them with the care of my very ill husband for one week during my absence.The employee (a State Enrolled Nurse) was poorly presented and had little knowledge what was expected even after extensive briefing.Communication was virtually non existent only compounding the distressing situation.My husband was eventually admitted to Epworth hospital after relatives were concerned with his deterioration!!He was extremely anaemic! Not once did the employee (SEN) or the company enquire as to my husbands wellbeing for ANY of the 6 days during their “care”I spoke to the manager and she acknowledged the poor communications however, we received the full account with NO note of apology. Yes, I have no qualms paying but your COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM LEAVES A HELL OF A LOT TO BE DESIREDPlease do your research if you’re looking to have a loved one cared for in a professional manner

Ridiculous people they Didn't give my salary and for the work I have done for them and in the end telling me that they will give me my salary but it was all lie. The owner is money monger Never work for these people.Cheaters

Advised l was a great worker in Melbourne and l moved to the peninsula 3 years ago where they did not have much work. I took work from other companies. They merged with Uniting Agewell an recently are advertising. I contacted them and they said they will not give me work because l did not accept work and that l did not turn up to a shift, are you kidding me, l have never ever done that, l take clients welfare seriously.Totally discussed. Don't waste your time with this organisation.
