What an absolute rort.....$81.70 to register a pool that had a permit issued over 20 years ago..$300 to have the pool fence checked and the cherry on top was another $21.10 to electronically lodge the compliance certificate myself on your website. Councils really think we are all made of money.......

This council hasn't helped and often doesn't respond to any of our issues we have reported regarding hooners, illegal dumping on our property or noise complaints. Don't bother living under this council or voting the current mob in the next election.

They told me to log noise complaints via The Noise App, then after 6 months told me it wasn't comprehensive enough; they're not following up with the person who's been hoarding trolleys on their property; and they're completely ignoring my report of someone dumping hard rubbish on our nature strip

The new Aquatic & Wellness centre is already being neglected. Broken taps and hooks in the male shower cubicles. Graffiti and thesis on the ceiling. Makes you wonder how often they clean these areas since it's been like this for months.

Carlos the after hours operator is by far the worst phone operator ever.Please take him off the phones he's terrible.Generally Brimbank council have awesome, helpful operators sadly Carlos is not one of them

Hello public I would just like to inform you that I go to a craft session on Thursdays on behalf of Brimbank council.We are lucky enough to have Brimbank council put this event on for the elderly citizens in the Brimbank areaWe do various activities and craft and learn about the war, or daffodil Day and we go out to concerts there is a variety of things to do everybody enjoy themselves we get a meal and it's all for about one last thing it's very thank you Brimbank council Pro for putting this

My family planted a nice tree on the nature strip years ago and all of a sudden one day without any warning a council team removed that tree. I kept sending the petitions to the council to plant anytree on that spot, or better along the naked strip between 5 houses from 61 to67 Fosters rd but I did not receive a response to my request. Just silence, not very polite.

Very good but not excellent. Waiting time on the phone is reasonable, employees who answer the phone show politeness and very professional to deal with. Most of complaints and requests are taken care of but not all (not sure why?) Would like to thank the park officer/s who cut the grass at Stradbroke Reserve on 20-01-21 for the job very well done, hope to mainatin this kind of workmanship.

Have had 2 positive experiences with Brimbank staff recently and thought to share it here as councils probably get mostly hate directed at them.1) Staff at the new Aquatic and Wellness centre have been very helpful and nice on all my visits there even though it has been incredibly busy.2) My dog escaped the yard and couldn't be found, the next day we received a call early in the morning from Brimbank pound letting us know our dog had been found. My dog was hand delivered to us that morning by two friendly Brimbank staff after an overnight stay at the pound.
