We normally get our chickens from Bayside IGA in Safety Bay but today they had sold out. No wonder - their chickens are $10, about 1 1/2 size bigger than Red Roosters and are moist and succulents not like the dry tasteless chicken we had this evening. Red Rooster you are a rip-off. Small dry chicken for $14??? Not good value.

Rockingham opening hours are incorrect. Just tried store at 9.38 am sunday and not open. Site says 9am open sunday. Needed lots chooks for an outing.

Terrible disgusting service from a lady whose name on our receipt was Dillan P. I’ve never had service so terrible in my life. Didn’t listen to a single thing we asked, said “hold up” because she wasn’t listening to the order, grabbed the wrong drinks, put through 10 nuggets instead of the 6 I asked for, didn’t ask if we wanted sauce just put no sauce on and had to ask another worker to grab the right ones. Work on the attitude

HORRIBLE accessibility driving through Rockingham Red Rooster ! Un pleasant customer service experienceWe ordered take away through Rockingham Red Rooster and continued to drive through there VERY TIGHT AWKWARD drive through, we were very careful as we had just brought a new car and still managed to hit the side of the pillar ? We could not reverse and drive out when it was too tight as there was another car behind us,The customer service lady witnessed the whole incident and completely ignored us ! No manager was called over to speak about the incident,We tried to call the branch THREE times to discuss this and no answer ?!Extremely unpleasant experience and will not be returning due to the inaccessibility and customer service, anyone who visits this branch beware, your vehicle may get damaged,We noticed on the pillar it had already been scraped severely and on the other side of that wall as well, this has clearly happened multiple times which makes sense as to the complete disregard we received from staff,We will now have to pay god knows how much to get this fixed due to no fault of our own and the inappropriate layout of the drive through,I have filled out a feedback form as there is no other way of contacting Red Rooster and the branch doesn’t answer their phone,I expect to be contacted IMMEDIATELY to rectify this matter please.

we got there at 9 am when they open and we expected them to have food ready, but they haven’t even unlocked the door or started cooking anything. they were quite rude and it was really annoying because now we have to go looking for a chook very disappointed

Not usually busy. Always great service. It is like they really care that you get a good dinner. They only got 4 stars because they didn't have both roast and fried chicken. Only the roasted I like the roasted best anyway.

Just ordered and There was no cheese on the red burger and we got 3 of them not happy at all we spent more $60 we expect the orders to be right. We would like this fixed and want you to rectify this order. Not bloody happy
