I have only positive things to say about Future Assist.Their integrated business model means that they are a one-stop shop: with financial planing, accountancy, property, legal and a raft of other services available under the one roof - and each department able to communicate internally providing efficiencies in time and cost.The team they have working for them are personable, attentive, proactive and engaging. Our particular client services manager - Nelson - is amazing and a large part of the reason we are with Future Assist. But everyone we have come into contact with has been great and we feel they have our best interests in mind. They are also forthcoming with information and are empathetic and understanding to people who may have limited knowledge and ask a lot of questions!And the results they have provided us with have been impressive. We have purchased an investment property, set up a Self-Managed Super Fund (including wills and insurances, and with a diversified portfolio of investments within it), set budgets and do our regular accounting all through them. Each item has been dealt with care and precision and we have seen positive gains each time.All-in-all, we really feel highly valued and have experienced convenience, cost savings, good returns and security through Future Assist. I would highly recommend them.

We've been with Future Assist for four years now and we are relieved of the burden of trying to manage our finances ourselves. Future assist is the best, it’s always a pleasure dealing with them; they follow up every little detail and provide excellent support and guidance. Candy and all the team are lovely; Helen is always there for us when we need her with questions, help etc; the team constantly monitors our finances and advises us when required.
