The most trustworthy, excellent in service online Jeweller I recommend!Me and my partner noticed Temple and Grace initially because they were rated one of the top ten jewellery shops along side with Tiffany and Cartier in Australia. They also have physical stores in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane with all five star reviews for their branches so I thought why not give it a go.Not mentioned the huge amount of selection they have online, all rings can be made into any material and sizes you prefer. 25% upfront which gives you time to get payment ready. 100 days of free return and exchange with no additional cost is what made them stand out the most than a lot of other stores! Free postage and life time of free resizing - honestly where could you possibly find a store that can provide such level of service and after care?Most importantly their prices are very appealing which retails simply can not compete!I can still remember the first time I spoken to Twisha, gosh I asked tones of questions about the products and their policy. Twisha was super nice and patient with me even I didn’t make an order straight away. Few months later I put orders in for two wedding bands, and Twisha took my request of material alteration with no hesitation and no additional cost, straight into the manufacturing process. The ring was received earlier than expected, and the design, size, material were all made to order.However, because I didn’t take my engagement ring into consideration and ordered a yellow gold band. I got panicked brcause the colour tone of the two rings just didn’t coordinate! They were all beautiful rings on its own but just not when together! I didn’t know what to do and when I spoken to Twisha, I was feeling so bad, one - it’s a brand new freshly made ring that just arrived, two - the amount of time and craftsmanship involved into making this gorgeous ring. Twisha on the phone didn’t even hesitate, it seemed that these were none matter to her but my satisfaction came first than anything else. Her priority was to make me happy rather than worrying about if they have to remake the ring.And honestly I couldn’t remember if I have ever received such exceptional level of customer service anywhere else!Twisha said she can make a brand new white gold one, free of charge, so that it can match with my Ering. I insisted to go with platinum so that there’s bit of extra to compensate the labour and time involved into the remaking process. Straight away on the same day, the making began.Only this time, it took less that three weeks, including Xmas and new year holidays, the ring was produced! How incredible! And when I opened the parcel, it’s the most beautiful stunning ring and I was so happy with how it looked when put together with my Ering!Thank you Twisha for helping me getting my perfect ring! Twisha was also a great emotional supporter helping me thru the stressful time. I felt so lucky to have found a trustworthy jeweller who not only understand about their customers but also care for them on a friend’s level.My personal experience with temple and grace has beyond amazing and no wonder they have all 5 stars rating! My husband and I both got our wedding rings from Temple and Grace Brisbane and we can't thank Tim enough for his help. From our first appointment, to picking the rings up and also dropping back for free re-sizing, it has all been so easy. The variety of rings to try on was amazing and there was no pressure to make a decision right away, but lucky for us we found the perfect rings. When we placed our order, only needing to make a 25% deposit then was really helpful for our budget. Really recommend.
