Southside Service and Tyre Centre

Very good service, took my car in for it's 1.5k free checkup, they paid for me to get an Uber home, and back again to get my car, it got a 100 percent all good tick, lol.

Service and trying to add on extras would be 5 stars.However warrant work is another issue.Sick and tired of trying to get warranty issues sorted.More focussed on add ons and extras.

We had decided not to go back to Southside many years ago due to poor customer service. We needed a part for our ASX which was a recent second hand purchase and they were the closest. To be acknowledged as guys and mate by the service person wasnt appreciated. We inquired about the leather seat covers shrinking and the slight rock on the drivers seat. They passed on the info to Mitsubishi to see if it could be repaired or replaced under warranty. They also discovered there was a recall on this model for brakes. They said they needed the car overnight. No problem. Then we get told just before closing it was ready. We suggested they keep it overnight and maybe fit the bonnet protector seeing as we had been stuffed around. When the car was collected they informed us they had the wrong part and would have to wait 2 weeks. 2 days later we received a call stating that the seats wouldnt be repaired or replaced. They had a chance to redeem themselves and failed dismally

i have asked them if they can drop me off when bring my car for service they ve said yes but today i brought my car and i ve been told 30 min wait for take me home ( 2 km away ) telling lie to your face so easly!

My second time coming to AHG servicing and both times I have walked away very happy with the quality of service including the remarkable customer service from Eddie and Alvin. They always go out of your way to explain things in detail and are honest. I was very impressed that even after months Eddie was able to remember the things we spoke about last time I went here. 10/10 would reccomend this service centre! I will not go elsewhere.

Vehicle service items, price & time frame was as discussed & agreed. The service desk personnel were friendly & able to explain the requirement for each item. I am happy with the service.

Excellent serivce, offer uber for home drop off and pick up if you drop your car for service and you dont have any other vehicle to pick you up .. nice to see their respectful gesture. Thanx
