Sam did an excellent job caulking around the windows and shrouds of our new build.He came out late one afternoon to our farm to quote the work, explain the materials he’d use and the process. Sam took great care to produce a high quality finish in all areas.I have already organised to have him quote on the waterproofing for the bathroom and laundry.Thanks Sam, it looks great

Sam recently completed a caulking job for our bathroom renovation. We're very happy with his work and communication throughout the process. He was also fairly priced.We had to reschedule a number of times due to other trades and nothing was ever a problem. Very happy to recommend Sam.

Sam did a great job on the whole house caulking. Communicated well and got the job done on time. Even helped caulk up a part my son has messed up the next day. Checked the indoors to make sure the caulk was good there. Will do a follow up service in 3 months if needed. Thanks again Sam!

Sam was excellent. Needed a caulker quickly as there were leaks from external cracks near the windows, responded promptly and gave a quote after reviewing photos. Very responsive and fairly priced.Came at agreed time, reviewed what needed to be done and took the time to make sure it was done well with high quality finish and color match. Has also given me a quote on the bathroom/ kitchen area so I will be organising for him to come back soon to re-do the caulking on other parts of the house.
