Spanline Home Additions ACT
We worked with the team to get an outdoor area for the family but still get the most light into the living room. The result was this fantastic awning that slopes back to the house. Lets the light in and the family out.After 4+ years we recently had a need to contact Spanline and the service was still as good as it was 4 years ago. Ohhhh and someone else mentioned the Electrician, yes that dimmer light switch was a great idea and so was a flood light to the outside area and the track lights over the BBQ..

The entire process of dealing with the Spanline team was fantastic. From our initial enquiry with Peter to the drafting up of our design and through to our build was flawless. Nothing was too difficult and the builders/install team's work was amazing. Exceptionally positive experience working with Peter Dimock throughout the project. He helped turn our vision into reality through a pragmatic concept design. Spanline have used high quality materials, workmanship is great and professional tradespeople. They are very easy to deal with and fair and reasonable at all times. Josh Town as our Construction Manager did a perfect job delivering the project and was very knowledgeable, prompt and respectful. We look forward to working with Spanline again and would highly recommend to our friends and family.

We are delighted with the build. New roof a few years back, and now double glazed windows and doors have transformed the original space, and they have beautifully passed the comfort test with today's frigid weather. :)

Overall happy with the spanline project of converting a pergola to a double glazed sunroom. After several lengthy delays, due to Covid, replacement of roof due to hail damage and supply of some materials, the awesome result is thanks to Scott and Dan for their professional handling of all required approvals to the completion of the project.

Spanline Canberra designed & constructed our sunroom. Peter was an amazing designer and was extremely, patient, thorough & very professional. Dan the project manager was very communicative & kept us updated at all times & Reece who was in charge of the construction did a very good job. The materials used were of top quality. Of course we did have hiccups like unexpected leaks, delays and hurdles. But we were always kept up to date. Our sunroom looks great & just the way we expected it be . Thanks Spanline team. Will definitely engage you if we have any future projects.
