Love this place. Sausages are top notch and the pork and pastry things are to die for

Meat was off and got food poisoning, spent over a week in hospital. Horrible place, please do not support this business, it does not deserve to stay open as it is a health threat. I have written to the gov website about the standards and safety and awaiting a response.

Bought some premium meat went to cook it the next day for mothers day lunch and it was off, Tried to contact the business which they had seen my messages and ignored

Owner has bad customer service and meat is ordinary. Don't recommend

They offered to remove the membrane from my pork ribs for me and when I got home there membrane was still on the ribs. They lied to my face I do not recommend this place to anyone

Only writting this review as i was looking up their number and stumbled across the reviews.Again, reading the reviews below I can't see they are warranted!I generally go to my local butcher (they shall remain nameless) but as my kids go to school near Meat and Co I find myself frequenting this establishment a fair bit. Sausages are exceptional, if you like to do a bit of smoking, every cut you want is pretty much there and there is a variety of ready to go oven options if you are strapped for time.Even today I made a quick phone call asking if a prosciutto wrapped stuffed pork fillet was available, unfortunately not, but Jack said he would knock me one up and it would be ready for pick up in 10 mins. Went down a treat for dinner, kids and wife happy campers.All in all I'll be back again and think if your local support local.

Meat was up to Australian standards, price was about 80% higher than anywhere else, for a custom order gave me promises that they didn't keep, it's a shame cause I like to support local businesses but when I can buy the meat got for around $10/kg depending on the shop and get charged $19.99 they are doing themselves a disservice,

Read others reviews. This place is the worst and definitely one to shut down. If i did not have to pay first would have just left. Cant even understand simple english as they are a bunch of bogans.

These guys get a pretty bad wrap from what seems like disgruntled customers however, we’ve had nothing but great service, excellent meat and good prices over the years. The team is also very friendly and approachable, so I’m sure any issues would be dealt with professionally if it was brought to their attention (rather than vented through a review or social media). Give these guys a chance, you won’t be disappointed.
