We are delighted with our new bathroom. John is easy to work with and an excellent builder. He took the hassle out of dealing with the different trades and completed the project on time and within our budget. We will have no hesitation in re-engaging him for other renovations.

I have to say I have seen all the 5 star reviews for John and am bitterly disappointed based on our own experience. John came to meet with us to quote on a job and appeared to be an honest and genuine person. He then completely ghosted us. Repeated attempts to contact him by phone, email and text were ignored. It's just decent and good business practice to reply to people, even if you don't want to do a job. If you see this John, it would be great to hear from you. And your reply doesn't wash as you have not attempted to contact me to resolve.

We've used John and the Blackhawk Homes team recently for extensive renovations at our home incl 2 bathrooms. They are Bundanoon locals and we highly recommend them for their advice, price and high quality work.

John was extremely helpful, professional and within budget. Highly recommend!
