Managing a property can be quite challenging especially for people like me. Amazing service. Wife and I have a property which was previously managed by a different agent and was getting no bites. When Rachel from Trend Realty took over, she produced professional photos and got us on the front page of the Real-estate website within a day. Two days later we had a new tenant signed. Was blown away by the speed at which she moved and the due diligence she took. Very efficient and actually cares about our property. It's rare to find that kind of work ethic in this industry.
