I had the pleasure of having Anne as a sales assistant, I would have to say she was absolutely lovely and was very helpful. Anne is an asset to Bedshed Kawana and provided me with the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time, thank you Anne.

My wife and I had an impulsive mission to buy a new mattress today. First went to 40 winks and we tried 15 mattresses and not one staff member bothered to greet us in this time, so we left and went to Bedshed, where we were immediately greeted by Debbie who was one of the most friendly and helpful employees I have encountered in a long time. Nothing was too much trouble. Debbie asked lots of questions and helped to find the perfect fit for us. There was no pressure to a particular brand, only exploration of comfort with our best interest in mind. Debbie even had some bases moved around the showroom floor to accommodate. Offered a great discount on retail price and to top it off a complementary pair of pillows. Needless to say we made our purchase and are extremely impressed with the service provided by the Bedshed today.

Anne and Ken have been absolutely brilliant with the purchase of a new mattress and base. From the second we walked in, Ken was helpful and kind. We got the mattress of our dreams. We had been sleeping on a cheap mattress for years so the difference is absolutely AMAZING. It feels like we're sleeping on a cloud. In addition Anne has been helping with a follow up for the past few days and has been wonderful. Exceptional service and highly recommend.

Very helpful staff and quality mattresses. We had to buy four new mattresses for the kids and we are so happy with them! Anne let us try out a few to see which would fit best. She made the whole visit quick and efficient while we had all four kids in tow! Will definitely be back to upgrade our old king mattress very soon. Thanks guys

We recently purchased a new Tempur mattress from Bedshed Kawana. We chose to go there as we had earlier bought a bed from them and had been very happy with both the bed and the level of service provided, they even stored our bed for us when our build was delayed. Our mattress purchase was a similarly positive experience and Anne provided great customer service throughout, as did the delivery crew. Would highly recommend Bedshed Kawana.

Anne has been absolutely amazing with my new bed in getting it to us to the Gold Coast from the Sunshine Coast! Right from the start she was kind, valuable and wanted to know what I wanted before going ahead. She respected myself and that is really huge with me! Unfortunately I started with a gentleman and he was amazing and the best also but unfortunately I have forgotten his name so massive thankyou to you both from Bedshed, if anyone ever wants a bed please go to these guys! They are downright amazing kind and will 110% help you!A pic of the bed I got but hasn't been set up yet.

I can’t believe the lack of customer service in this shop! We have bought from bed shed in the past. All sorts of things from bed frames, mattress and furniture and never had a negative experience like this. I simply called and asked for the price of the firm sealy mattress and the lady wasn’t able or didn’t want to or could t be bothered to help. Told me to go online! Just missed out on a sale and never coming back thanks.

Ann our consultant was fantastic, really helpful, she had great knowledge and feedback. Then when our mattress was delivered I didnt get their names but the boys were amazing. Polite aware of their surroundings, manners, great energy. How I would describe top quality customer service. So all around not just 5 star but 10/10 for everyone. Thank you so much
