James was incredibly professional, polite and efficient. He was very thorough and comprehensively explained everything about the approach. It’s very important to me to avoid the use of toxic chemicals in the home and I’ve successfully dealt with a cockroach issue using these techniques before at a previous residence. Brian helped educate me on the process and what would happen over the next 48hours after our apartment was sprayed. Pradip was very punctual and did a great job, being very thorough in fumigating the whole house. I always have a yearly spray for prevention. This year Kyle come round. Was on time and really friendly. Also had really good communication. I explained to him what I had had in the past and what had been happening and he clearly explained in his opinion what was probably going on. The whole thing took just under an hour. I left Kyle along to do the work and he let himself out. House has been sprayed efficiently. I would highly recommend Kyle and the business again. Really impressed. A++++

James was excellent, went through the house top to bottom thoroughly with his partner, then explained exactly what he had found, how to deal with some issues and how to spot future troubles. Luckily he found no dramas, and explained how to prevent any problems. Professional, easy-going and thorough, I can't recommend James highly enough. Definitely using him again.
