ProSanding Timber & Concrete

Having used ProSanding for many of our award winning jobs over the years we recommend them. They are very knowledgable and willing to help.We use them to supply and lay timber flooring and polish concrete. We have no hesitations in recommending them.

Poor experience generally, paid up front but after initial application they didn't show for the next appointment giving notice at last minute that wouldn't be there as held up on another job. They don't seem to have full knowledge of floor finishing products, when using the oil I requested they tried to get me to change the oil and have floors re-sanded, which of course would have added cost. Interestingly this was when the floors were still wet and curing, yet this was one of their excuses for not showing on another occasion! Sloppy application of finish resulting in patchy coverage. Had three months to do the job but failed to show for final coating despite appointment being arranged - had to get job completed by another party and now Pro Sanding have refused to compensate for costs paid in advance in respect of the last application, their approach in my case is to ignore and see if you can be bothered taking them to court. The final coat applied by the new service provider managed to clean up the messy application done by these guys. All in all a very poor experience. Don't trust their FB ratings, they are given 5* by their own staff!

Very disappointing... multiple cancellations and when we changed to a new person they commented that the laying of the boards was ordinary. They showed me where they had broken a board and then glued it up! Its heartbreaking to spend so much money for an ordinary result although one of the guys had told me it was his first week on the job. Jess in the office was always lovely to work with and tried her best. Its been an ongoing 9 month nightmare experience but now coming out at the other end once I changed to another business who does sanding and polishing and had come highly recommended.
