I am furious! I walk into Telstra in miranda and speak to a lady called Tamara, I asked if there were any iPhone 14pro max 256gb in gold and she said there was one left, I then made a booking and waited an hour and a half until I could speak to someone to buy it, I walk into the store an hour and a half later to be told that Tamara did not put it on hold for me and they have sold it, I Cleary said that I wanted to buy the phone the first time I walked in and Tamara said she will make a booking for me to get it, not once did she ask me if she wanted me to put it on hold, I don’t work at Telstra and I don’t even think to ask her to put it on hold because she said she will make a booking to go over payment. It’s shocking how Telstra employees do this to a customer, it’s such a shame, I hope Tamara reads this and knows that she wasted an hour and a half of my time .

Excellent Service, and efficient management of customers. I came in to the store it was super busy however I got put on the queue system. I came back an hour later and on the minute the staff member Adam was ready to help me. He helped me choose which phone to get and took the time to talk me through all the options and packages. He even explained the benefits of having Upgrade & Protect and in my situation it was beneficial to have, knowing I will have piece of mind if my phone were to be damaged.

After being with Telstra for 5+ years on a plan and paying off a phone I noticed my bills were slowly creeping up to $112 a month! I only owe $33 outstanding on my phone and I went in there today to get a better plan. I was offered a plan for 40g @ roughly $58. I used to be on a direct debit some time ago until 3 lots of monthly payments were taken out in the same week! I asked to get a refund to which I was denied. They told me today that the only way I was able to get the $58 deal was to go to direct debit which I refused due to my previous experience. I asked what other options there was? (I am happy to pay my bills which I have been doing for years not direct debit.) . I was told I could go on to prepaid or I can go next door to Vodafone! Which I did. I can not believe how poorly this was managed! Do not waste your time go next door to Vodafone you will not regret it.

I arrived today at 10.45am to be told there was 3 people ahead of me and that there would be a wait. At 12.15pm I was told I would be called soon, it's now 1.10pm and I have left in disgust. If I ran my business like that I wouldn't be around for long!

My mum and I needed multiple services, including transferring our numbers from another service provider and Maureen was so helpful!! The 2 hour wait was a little annoying but it was quickly forgotten thanks to Maureen’s wonderful service

I came here just the other day A staff member approach me to see what the person can help me with but sadly not expected need better training with little more tech support in Telstra storesThe issue was that I had 8mbps with little internet connection all I had to do is didn’t turn off both Internet boxes only disconnect the ethernet cable that is running from the modem then plugged it back in again then it was normalGot the normal speed on the planThen the staff member said I could be the modem he heard about the gen 2 modems where having those problems but sorry to disappoint you it’s not true to get a gen 3 modemsThe staff member said I need to call the Tech Team over the phone then talked about something else then left the storeI don’t normally put bad reviews like this so hopefully it will be my lastAnd if I am in the area I hope to have better service here if in the area next time

Wish I'd read the reviews first! Don't bother. Needed a new phone and sim to continue running my business. Was told 1hr wait to issue a sim! Didn't have time. Thankfully they reccomended going to JB Hifi, who issued me a Tesltra sim in 30 seconds lol. So, highly reccomend just hitting up JB.
