I went into the shop at Eastland. I walked around quite a bit of the store to find what I wanted. Of the four staff, it took quite a few minutes before anyone asked me if they could help. I have just tried the earrings and they don’t fit well. I might consider taking them back.

Outstanding customer service from the Hoskings store. I didn't catch the name of the lady that served me, but she was so kind & helpful. She had short dark hair and served me around 10.30 on 5/8/22. I needed a quick jewelry repair, and whilst 5 other jewelers in Eastland refused to help as it was so minor, she took the time to fix my necklace clasp and ensure it was properly fixed. Thank-you again, highly recommend this store!

Went to this jewellers today to buy a ring for my partner and the customer service was downright horrible. Was never once greeted or asked if I wanted help. I had to ask if my partner could be ring sized and the woman threw the ring sizer at my partner. They had 4 staff on and all they cared about was talking amongst one another. Would never go back or buy from them, very disappointed with the customer service we received.

I will not shop here again due to the customer service or lack thereof in this store. I went in the store today to get a watch for work, I waited for 15 minutes before I got served by someone who apparently just finished their break, and in that time no one even acknowledged me, not even an eye contact or a someone will be with you soon" thrown in my direction. A big thank you to the ladies and jeweller at Hoskings Eastland. They went above and beyond to help me have a ring made under challenging circumstances and they did an amazing job. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Their service, communication and quality of work was top notch!

We had great customer service, definitely can not fault that. Everyone we dealt with was lovely, however we've had to return the 2 pieces of jewellery we purchased twice to be repaired or replaced after only purchasing 4 weeks prior. The 3rd time we received a refund. Quality control definitely not there.

Went in yesterday to buy a watch and was so very disappointed by the customer service received by Rebecca, it felt like she did not want to be there, yawned in our faces, no advice no smile, we were keen on a watch but did not want to give her the sale. Extremely unprofessional, so very disappointed. Off to another store where the service was exceptional. Shame as I did like Hoskings although will not be stepping foot in there again.

Rude, condescending ; terrible customer service, all ok until the necklace we bought broke, less than 24 hours after being gifted ! Then wanted to change for the repair!
