They have the most unprofessional customer service, the hiring manager is so disrespectful and full of attitude, she is so rude. She doesn’t know how to speak to people in a nice way, the way she spoke to me was absolutely disgusting she has no respect what so ever. She didn’t even welcome me in the store.

Went in there today they had 2staff on the shop was busy i waited for so long and non of them asked me if I needed help. Then 20mins later one staff member came up to me to help me out got me the watch i wanted to try on left me and went away. I waited another 10minutes a 3rd staff member came out of the back room looked at me and said it wont be long and walked out of the store. That was it for me i walked out and went down stairs to a great store and got my watch. your loss its a new store that you guys opened if you keep your service like today you wont last long .

No one is answering their phone serviceHave left messages on their call back system for over three weeks and now the message bank is full and won't allow any further messages to be left.The company advised that my layby made prior to lockdown may be lost if we don't get in contact ASAP, however we are trying to and there is no one returning calls or answering them.

It’s not a trustworthy company. I have bought two gold items which they said these items are totally gold but when I got home I realised both of them are just covered by gold and inside is silver. I returned one of them but they didn’t refund me full. They are fraudulent and just think about their selling rate.

Poor customer service. I went there just now to buy a gift for my wife and there were three staffs busy talking each other. (2:15pm today if owner wanted to check CCTV). No one attended me and so I had a walk around and came out of the shop. Go to Parramatta shop if you wanted to buy something as they are very much welcoming, unlike these guys.
