I don't normally write reviews but I was very happy with the service from Tony and Sharon at Floor Torque. Leo was also very meticulous with his work. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any type of flooring. We had hybrid flooring laid in herringbone and very happy with the end result. Tony even coordinated a builder to do some last minute additions that needed to be done before the skirting could go back on and it was all arranged seamlessly. Very happy :)

Be warned. Do not buy from floor torque. I don't do reviews but had to let others know about this one! Sold me floors that were not treated even though they told me that they were. Really bad. Had to pay for a professional to come out and treat the floor otherwise they would have been ruined. They could not care less. So unhelpful. There customer service is despicable. Made the sale and that's all that matters to them. So I hope this review deters anyone looking to purchase from them.

We have booked a home visit twice to assess the scope of needed work and they didn't show. We have only received a quick text AFTER the proposed visit time... Very disappointing...
