Great food, really good variety of teppanyaki and home style cooking. If this was in our area in Canberra we'd be eating here all the time.

We were very happy to find this little teppanyaki joint in Armidale. Very nicely cooked meals and fun to watch it being prepared with flair.

Probably the worst Japanese I have eaten. All the food came from the freezer in front of us and our dumplings came upside down with the juices still in a slab on top from where they had been frozen.. The Edamame came out with about 10 pieces clearly coming from the microwave as was our rice. When you hear the ping from the microwave and your dinner comes out it’s a true give away! Very disappointed

Generous servings. Our waitress struggled a bit with English, but the overall experience was infallible. A little bit pricey but that is to be expected when food is this quality. The scallops were plump and perfectly fried off, prawns were accompanied by an exquisite lemon pepper dressing, lamb was hot and spicy just as requested and they catered to my friend's allergies so you know the food is fresh. Do try the warm Japanese Saké.

Me and my friends passed by Armidale on our way back home to Sydney and we came across this amazing Japanese Teppanyaki. The food was quality and not too expensive (compared to Sydney), but the food in my experience was better than some of the Teppanyaki's I have tried in Sydney. The staff was friendly, great service and amazing food! Would definitely come back if I ever pass by Armidale again. I highly recommend it. I give it 6/5 :)

Very comfortable restaurant with great food and service. The staff are attentive and polite, very pleasant to communicate with. The food is very nice, you have the option to watch the chef and there are a good range of meals for different price ranges to pick from. The deserts are a little pricey for what you get in comparison to the rest of the food though. I definitely recommend this place for dinners. I may have just become a regular.

First time we went ~18 months ago place was quiet, had a table at the teppan, service was great and food was amazing. Took my family for dinner a few months after that and we had to wait and hour and a half for our food with no explanation. Gave it another try last night and place was packed. Despite having a reservation there was no table set up for us. Food was a bit slow due to being busy. The food has always been excellent but service is a bit disappointing.
