Locks broke within the first 6 months. Extremely poor customer service, they don't care about customers, no one ever picks up the phone. Two weeks since I called regarding a jammed lock and still not sorted. My builder recommended Trend windows ans I seriously regret buying them. There are so many competitors that are heaps better and respect their customers.

After having significant issues with our builder, we believe that Trend SA have made best efforts to resolve some of our issues. We have had to engage lawyers on our behalf against the builder we used Evins Property Group. We paid the builder for our Trend order but we were left with scratched doors installed and no flyscreens. Although a difficult situation for Trend, as we are in legal dispute with the builder, after making a number of requests to Trend, Trend SA replaced the faulty glass under their warranty with us. Trend also arranged for a powder coat specialist to conduct repairs to two door frames, following an order error made by the builder? We believe Trend have done all they could for us as the consumer inthis situation and showed corporate social responsibility. Unfortunately we also paid the builder for all our Trend flyscreens, however, at this time we do not have a positive outcome, I.e. no product has been provided by builder Matt Evins.

We had installed multiple windows, screens, semi commercial stacker doors, sliding glass doors and a glass laundry door. Showroom experience was really detailed and products are high quality with no issues with installation. My issue was with poor advice and lack of aftersales service. I was told that a glazier would be able to install a doggy door straight into a sliding glass door. Was provided with the glazier who has refused to call me back and is just too busy" (via what seems to be automated SMS service). I paid extra for the glass to be changed so it could be altered straight away

Recently built a new home using Trend doors and windows (via builder recommendation). A stacker door lock failed over the weekend - on inspection was a broken part. Called Trend this morning - they had a technician at our house by 2pm and issue was fixed at no cost. Outstanding customer service. Well done Trend.

Unpleasant experience with Trend Windows. They installed fly screens with bars in middle. I didn’t know there will be bars in middle of the fly screen. Had never been informed about it and I never agreed on it. Would never agree if I knew. Completely ruined the big windows/doors look that we paid expensively. They dismissed my requests. They refused to remove the bars. We did ourselves and I have to pay another company to remove the bars. Completely bonkers service. Don’t spend your money on company who don’t care about customer. They don’t care that it is important for us to have no bars in middle of the windows/doors.

Hi, I just wanted to take the time to sincerely thank John Gully, from the SA showroom, who helped make a daunting selection of our windows an enjoyable experience rather than the chore we expected. With an array of different style windows, with double glazing and low-e options, we're confident our selection has gone very well. Thank you, John!

DO YOUR RESEARCH & TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE **To say I'm disappointed with both the service and quality of products is an understatement.My very expensive stacker doors were measured incorrectly twice. First incorrect height then incorrect width. When they finally got the measurement right, they did not have correct lock upon installation. It took months and countless phone calls on my part to finally get the lock installed and once it was, it was not done correctly. Never once was there a phone call to apologise or provide an explanation or update. I complained to the GM with no result that benefits me; just a bunch of excuses as to why their service was so bad.A couple months have since passed and now the lock is broken. The thought of having to go through this company again to try and repair the lock fills me with dread. This company prides" itself on customer excellence and product satisfaction but certainly does not deliver on either. 1 star was the minimal rating to allow me to post this review. Does not even deserve that!!!Terrible experience from beginning to end."

Previous review removed and replaced.Initially had a few issue with Trend windows operation..possible builder instal issue.Maybe didnt speak to the right people at the showroom.Grant from Trent got involved and has since gone above and beyond to rectify issue we were having...Clear , concise and honest communication.Outstanding customer service...I can honestly say I would have no hesitations dealing with Trend windows again in the future..
