I don’t usually go out of my way to write a negative review but I wasn’t very impressed by the customer service of the man that served me today. It had been years before I had ordered a subway before and just had a general question about one of the wraps not realising you could add what you wanted in it. Instead of speaking with a bit of politeness I felt like I was a nuisance to the man serving me.Particularly upsetting as my husband had placed a huge catering order for my daughters fourth birthday and the person that served us then was really helpful.Doesn’t take much to just be helpful and explain how things work to someone.

6.30pm on a Thursday night. Long wait. One staff member tied up making online orders and looked pretty over it. Messy, tired looking shop. Rubbish on the floor visible to customers. Meatballs? Sold out. White bread? Sold out. Aioli or ranch sauce? Sold out. Any cookies? Sold out. The lady who attempted to help me was polite, and really patient with a guy before me who needed a bit of extra help, but with literally everything I wanted to order having to be changed in some way, I walked out. I’ve had subs from here before and didn’t die, so I guess that’s a thing. Two stars, one for previously edible food and one for staff who probably need better management support to make this suck less.

We were a regular at this Subway since 2004. It was great back in the day when I was in a share house and needed cheap food. The store is getting a bit run down and could do with a renovation. Its a busy area, and there can sometimes be a line.

Absolutely disgusting!!!! Worst Subway ever got everything I didn't ask for. Never again!!! You need better staff these guys don't listen. I ordered 4 rolls. Will take my money elsewhere. Sadly I'm guessing no one will care!!!!

Not follow the order sequence to make food. Priority only given to walk-in customer, the click and collect or Uber orders need to wait for 45 mins

I ordered this morning around 9am. No customers was in the shop so I thought I’d get my subway somewhat decent! My 5 year old brother could make a better sandwich than that lady working! I’ve been to subway a few times last week with the same lady working, everytime I felt uncomfortable when ordering because of her attitude like she don’t want to be there! This shop has gone downhill in the last few months! Just look at the reviews in the last few months! Either teach your workers how to make a good subway and teach them GOOD customer service or hire new workers. There’s only one worker there who makes consistent good subways while making you feel welcome and always generates good moods.( not sure what his name is but has a beard, where’s a bandana and has a few piercings)

ordered with it saying it would take 10 minutes, still no sign of it after 50 minutes, when the sub got to me after an hour of waiting, i live 3 minutes away by the way, it was a complete sloppy mess and wasnt even toasted. after an hour wait for a single sandwich, the least they could have done was get the order correct. only go here if you are absolutely desperate and even then, i would go to the dominos or pizzahut next door

These guys take absolutely no pride in their product and speak to customers like you are interrupting whatever else they should be doing. Management obviously doesn't care.Much better off going to a nearby store.. avoid this one.
