Rained on the parade. Nevermind, we still had a great time at Margaret's 75th birthday party with all the fish and chips laid on from the boy's.

Lovely spot to fish go for a walk or have a picnic.Well maintained park,toilet block.Big trees to sit under.Fish and chip shop across the road. 5 minutes from Shorncliffe Pier.E Scooters available to hire.Fresh seafood to buy straight off the trawlers a bit further down the river.

Nice spot, relaxed sort of place, great outlook out to Morton bay. Boat ramp, nice jetty with weather protected seats. Toilets disability friendly. Plenty of car park. Mixed boat activities.

Beautiful place to visit any time of the day or year, I went for a bike ride from here down to Boondall Entertainment Centre. But you could ride or walk the other direction around the headland to Shorncliffe Pier and beyond. The jetty is small but popular for fishing, the parkland is lovely with lots of tables and chairs and grass for picnics. There is a top-notch fish and chip shop just across the road. You can drive and park, or even catch the train and walk here.

Took pug dog for a walk, windy today but cooling. Perfect for fisn n chips, picnic, fishing, kayaking, sailing, boating, windsurfing, paddle boarding etc etc

Baxters Jetty is a wonderful place to visit, adjascent to a large parkland with plenty of options for both picnics and family activities.Feeling Lazy? Theres a fish and chip shop across the road and an excellent cafe within a few minutes walk away.The Jetty is home to local fisherman and enthusiasts alike and has easy to reach amenities close by consisting of barbiques, water fountains and toilets.Parking is abundant and free and low tide make for the perfect setting to enjoy a romantic meal with ones family.

Very pleasant little area, with a great view of the bay. Plenty of facilities & room to enjoy, bring a picnic or buy some fish and chip from the local cafe.Just a great area to watch the world pass by.
