Been shopping for a new mic and some other gear for voice work, got tired of zero responses from other shops online, constant back order options and not stock. Found these guys, phoned, had Dylan on the line within two minutes, confirmed all the items I wanted were in stock, had a chat about the kit, confirmed my thinking was on track and the mic would fit my needs. Order placed, invoice and confirmation received within an hour. Order shipped next morning. Just waiting on Auspost now. Don't listen to the whiner reviews, Dylan did a stellar job and got it done fast and professionally. Will be coming back here again for my next upgrade. Don't forget to check out Dylan's band Above Below as well, damn they are good.

Today was my second visit to this shop and both times I've felt very comfortable spending a significant amount of money with them. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend doing business with these guys, the staff especially the younger blokes are passionate about audio and won't try to sell you whizzbangery that you don't need for your project.

Think you're making an online purchase - WRONG!I was looking to buy a synthesizer that these guys had on their site.I created an account, supplied my credit card details and pressed send.I then received a generic email telling me that they couldn't calculate they final amount of the transaction as the couldn't calculate postage (even though I'd supplied my delivery address) AND that I would receive a quote and payment link IF the item was in stock.You can't legally harvest credit card details just to receive a quote.You shouldn't attempt to sell mechanise that you don't actually have in stock. The site now says that item I wanted doesn't ship until July!You're going to get into a lot of trouble with Fair Trading NSW and the ACCC if you persist in these dishonest practices.

Made an order from them for a product that was out of stock (no stock indication on their site as of now), got an email within 4 business hours saying it was out of stock and offering a list of ways forward. I opted for a refund. Professional and prompt, that deserves a good review in my books.
