Critical Power Solutions - Uninterruptible Power Supply
Needing two replacement batteries for my Cyberpower UPS, and being unable to source them locally in Melbourne, I contacted Cyberpower in Sydney who gave me the contact details for Critical Power Solutions and also forwarded my query to that company. In under four hours I received an email from Critical Power Solutions which contained a link to the page on their website from which I could order what I needed. I placed an order on Saturday morning and at 9.30 a.m., the following Monday I received confirmation of its receipt together with advice that dispatch would be the same day. Imagine my astonishment when the batteries arrived at 2 p.m. This level of service exceeds almost anything that I have experienced when ordering goods online and to say that I am very impressed would be an understatement.
