First visit today, this will be my hardware store of choice in Atherton, the staff were friendly, they offered assistance and had product knowledge, how pleasantly surprising considering the poor service l been getting elsewhere.

Fast and friendly service. Staff are friendly, helpful and cheerful. Was putting some logs in the trailer and a staff member who looked to be heading out for lunch stopped to help get things moved and tied down.

Appears to be geared more for the trades. Service for others can be hard to get at times. Good selection of products. Biggest hardware store in town.

Not impressed with attitude of the delivery driver who stated when I'm good and ready when we had rang several times in 2 days waiting for our delivery...hoping he's looking for a new job. Other staff mostly helpful and friendly tho
