I found this workshop super helpful and relatable. Working in the classroom there are many different experiences and challenges we all face and this workshop brought a very humanistic outlook on how we can reconnect with each other and understand what is really going on with our students.Brendan and Andrew were both super knowledgeable and helpful with everyone's questions.

Andrew was very knowledgeable and presented the information in an applicable and ‘real’ way. The delivery was very down-to-earth. Often presenters forget or aren’t aware of the ins and outs of being a teacher, but this was definitely not the case here. The framework itself was new to me, but the content within it was a nice refresher.

Andrew was exceptional to listen to.The presentation was inspiring and quite uplifting in the fact that I felt I was doing the right thing afterall. My hard task/ thought is that I need to try and portray this through to others staff. It would be amazing to see UPR resonating throughout the school! Thanks so very much.

This PD was amazing. I at times felt really convicted as a mother, but Andrew the presenter said now that I know I can change my parenting style. He never made me feel like a bad parent, just giving me different ways to help my students at school as well as my children.I would like to thank UPR project coming to our school and helping us help our students. They are amazing and Andrew knows what he is talking about. He is sensitive to our different situations and how to help.Thank you and I will use the info as best I can.Lee-Ann Elmes

Right from the beginning of the day, Andrew and Brendan modelled exactly what they preached. They really demonstrated what a welcoming and safe learning environment could look like and feel like. I loved the idea of controlling our own responses, rather than focussing on trying to change the child, or the situation.

I really valued the workshop as it made me reflective of how how I react and deal with certain situations.I also liked the way in which Andrew presented the workshop in terms of engagement, tone and physical presence. I can imagine how it would be within the classroom, making the students/ us feel comfortable. Thanks!

Thank you to Andrew and Brendan for a wonderful and informative insight into their mission. They have provided me with a wealth of knowledge and I look forward to putting strategies in place in my classroom environment (autism based) to help improve student engagement. So inspirational!

Andrew’s PD was engaging and captivating. He reminded me that we’re all humans and it’s okay to show that in the classroom. He also reminded me to always she compassion towards students and that can still involve following school procedures and protocols. Would highly recommend

Thanks for a great PD. I've come away with a lot to think about. It was also valuable to be able to hear from colleagues and Andrew and Brendan gave lots of space to share practice and ask questions. The PD was really well paced and presented. Looking forward to sharing this at my school and applying what I've learnt.
