This job agency has been amazing in getting me in to a career path that other job agencies have failed to do. Can't understand why they have a 5 star rating when they won't meet your obligations . It's suppose to work both ways. I am not supported so I will try to transfer to another provider.

Kristy is a wonderful Consultant. I always felt welcomed & thru all my ups & downs Kristy was always supportive & helpful. Kristy goes above & beyond & now that I have moved is still helping with my new Sarina Russo provider to get things sorted for a course I’m going do. I haven’t met my new Consultant as yet but I’m certainly hoping that they are as wonderful as Kristy & that this move along with the help of Sarina Russo enables me to find long term permanent employment.

They don't understand what some people with COVID r like! I currently have it and am sleeping the day away nearly and I have tried so many times to get out of it but it's just not as easy as it seems. Also they can't" fit me in today as it's "too late" should have answered my call immediately when I called at like 2:30 pm instead of leaving me on the waiting list which I was the only one. They "can't" do tomorrow as they r in "training" and can "only" do Wednesday (my bloody payday) and if I don't get paid by then I'll be starving! They need to fix themselves! Think I'll find a new job provider that's more understanding of me and my situation
