Very unprofessional. I’ve been going to laser clinics for almost a year for laser hair removal. I had bought the plan for 10 treatments in advance. While i was waiting for my 8th session in the treatment room, I was told that I have to pay for today’s appointment. I was charged $200 dollars cancellation fee because I had to reschedule couple of appointments. The thing is I’ve never been told they have been charging me for the cancellation fee for rescheduling my appointments as it never happened in the past when I rescheduled my appointments. When i asked manager why I wasn’t notified of the cancellation fee, she handled it poorly. All I can say is I would never go back there and do not recommend anyone wasting their time and money. If you pay them in advance they will find a way to take your money. If manager explained and handled this matter professionally or without rolling her eyes I would have paid for it and be the regular customer.

Just wanted to thank Mackenzie for her professional services last week. The procedure was fast and mostly pain-free thanks to her distracting conversation (and not just the awkward weather-talk). I’ll be back!

I've been a couple times to the clinic and it's such a nice place. Wait times are quick and staff are friendly.

The girls are all very kind and informative. I had Botox to help relax an arthritic jaw and my daily migraines have gone. Great experience, thank you so much for providing an affordable option for a painful condition. I've had two lots of treatment prior from my jaw surgeon and my dentist and so far this has been the most relief I've felt, and at half the price. Fingers crossed it lasts. It’s always such a treat coming here! The staff here are so lovely and are very knowledgable in their area. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my skin treatments. I love the microdermabrasion and face mask treatments.

They will not tell you about No show policy, instead give you heaps of things to read and you would definitely miss out on the important terms and condition. When you will not show up for the treatment, they will deduct money and tell you all legal stuff. Very disappointed. Even the consultant will not tell you about this when you have your first free booking

I've been going to this clinic for a while now and I cannot fault a thing. I'm especially grateful to Luca who is just the loveliest! All the girls are lovely but Luca is a standout for me - super happy, professional and just an all-round kind human. She makes you so comfortable, talks you through every step as you go and is really tuned in to your needs, regardless of what treatment you're getting.Highly recommend the team here and will always be back!Thank you!
