Excellent service and professional staff. Couldn't be more helpful. Used them for several years and only once ever had a recurrence which was several months later and they resprayed free of charge.

Tactic pest control is excellent. We've used their services for many years and post a move tried another company (only because they had previously attended the property), and I must say, the quality was not the same. I had George in when I was inspecting a house to buy. I really appreciated his feedback and honesty about the whole arrangement. I bought the house, had it treated (It had termites prior to my purchase). I've had this protection thing around it, and every year they come and check it out to make sure it's all working and proper. Thanks heaps George. Most recommended.

These guys really know their stuff and it works!! Our house was sprayed for Mozzies and it actually helped a lot with the sandflies too which was such a great bonus! Very responsive on the phone, honest and reliable. I will only be using Tactic from now on.

Booked a termite inspection for 1pm yesterday. At 12:59 Ben (the pest man) was at our front door. 5 stars for being on time. Very friendly and we had our report delivered today. Good job guys.

Customer service is excellent and never have to call them back! They always go above and beyond what is required. I'd recommend this company to anyone with a termite issue, even if you're unsure about it, just give them a call. If I could give 10 stars I would!

I had a dreadful smell and need least control. I looked at reviews online and on Facebook and saw good reviews for Tactic. They were so helpful and got someone out quickly. The really went above and beyond to help us out. Everyone I dealt with including the owner Craig was professional and really wanted to help. Cannot recommend them highly enough.! I have already recommended them to people I work with who were looking for pest control services
