I reserved a bond clean for a 3-bedroom apartment without carpeting.Without sending me a text warning, the bs bond cleaners arrived 5 minutes late because of rush hour traffic. They were courteous and complied with all of my demands. When they finished (earlier than expected), I got a text then a call. They locked everything up and turned off all the lights and fans before leaving, which I appreciated even though I wasn't home to see them depart.There were no signs of dust or fingerprints everywhere to be found. Walls had been cleaned, and the tracks on sliding doors were pristine. When I examined after the clean, the marks that I had mentally noted were no longer there. extremely happy with their service. BS Bond Cleaning did a Bond clean for my Husband and I.They went back once after the Real Eatate weren't satisfied with the service.After the second clean our previous Real Estate were still not satisfied.BS Bond cleaning refused to go back to rectify the issues. They said they went twice and can't go again.My Husband and I had to go back to the property to rectify the issues.The tracks weren't clean in two bedrooms and the cupboard under the sink in the laundry wasn't cleaned at all in the first two cleans.We paid this company a lot of money to clean our property and we were extremely disappointed that we had to go back and rectify these issues.
