Leisa is amazing! We got married on a private property and had to set up the whole thing from scratch, without Leisa this would not have been possible. She is trustworthy, professional and a great energy to be around not once making us feel stressed or like our ideas weren't possible. Leisa styled the ceremony and reception so beautifully and made our dream wedding come to life.Her experience and knowledge is invaluable, highly recommend! We love Leisa!

If you're impatient to read, the short version of the review is that Leisa is organized, responsive, reliable, attentive and willing to go the extra mile. If I can give her more than 5 stars, I would! But unfortunately the max I can give is 5 here, and she is worth every single one of it.But if you want to understand more, here's a long version of the review:I am not the kind of person who likes to write reviews and spend much effort on them unless it's a bad one, this could be the only exception! Can't remember how many times I have said thank you to Leisa, who always kept us in mind even though our wedding was postponed twice in 3 years. When we finally got close to the eventual big day after a 3-year wait, she took away a lot of my burden and stress with her thorough preparation work and quick communications. I knew I can fully trust her and she simply went beyond my expectation on the day.Needless to say, the day was extremely smooth and I fully enjoyed the party completely worry-free, thanks to how organized and accountable Leisa is. The final bit of styling she did with my florist was beautiful! She also took the extra initiative of finding a little cute basket for all my send-off bubbles when I did not request it and just intended to use the plastic case they came in with (yup Leisa, I noticed!). The next day when I was unpacking all the wedding items, I was impressed with how attentive she was through the way she packed away all the items - in a very smart and careful way, even it was the end of her work and she was probably dying to go home.Leisa's good work definitely did not go unnoticed. I would exceed the text limit if I was to list everything that Leisa did for us on our wedding day & the lead up to! She was an absolute godsent for us! Our wedding was on a private property and involved so many vendors which aso then involved a whole to setup. I will forever be thankful to Leisa for helping to bring my “pinterest wedding” to life. To describe our wedding day as perfect is an understatement it was a dream come true with Leisa looking after every single detail so I was able to relax and enjoy. Choosing to work with Windwood Events was the BEST DECISION of our entire wedding, and this is an understatement! Leisa is unbelievable to work with - kind, generous, supportive and so so organised. She took an incredible amount of stress and anxiety away from us as a couple. She provided incredible advice and guidance to help us plan and execute our perfect day. From organising and arranging our florals, to floor plans, to buses, to styling our whole set up, and running our ceremony rehearsal the day before & running the show on the day! We brought Leisa on board as a wedding coordinator a few months out from our wedding. We had a DIY wedding and had done almost all of it ourselves prior, and we just wanted a point person on the day. It turned out to be the best decision we made in the vendor hiring process. We thought we were getting a wedding coordinator but what we actually got was a wedding miracle worker!I don’t really know how to summarise what Leisa did, because she truly did so much. She helped us from the get go. She found local staff to help us reduce travel costs of bringing staff from Sydney, she knew about roadworks which would impact our bus route and she worked closely with the suppliers. When the inevitable little changes were made to the runsheet or any part of the process, she updated all of the vendors that needed to know on our behalf. She was also patient and understanding of my reluctance to let go of control!!Then in the set up and on the actual day, Leisa was in the thick of it. We had brought a lot of decorations and had some ideas of where they could be set up, and she took them, set them up and made everything look beautiful without us having to worry. From setting tables to playing music, to helping my mum with cake decorating to moving flower arrangements to steaming dresses… Leisa went above and beyond… and then beyond again. She was always one step ahead on the day. She lit the candles before guests entered the marquee for dinner, she prepared and decorated a table to be brought out for cake cutting, she lit the outdoor bonfire just before the speeches finished up. When I watched our wedding video back, at one point, I saw Leisa fluff my dress to look better for photos and I didn’t even know it had happened in the moment. Incredible. She moved our flower arrangements multiple times throughout the event so they were perfectly positioned in photos (i.e. from the ceremony to the place where people gave speeches), again I didn’t even see it happen! I swear Leisa had cloned herself because she was everywhere!! My bridesmaids said “we wish we had a Leisa in all aspects of our lives”.I also loved her energy and that she was direct and no fuss and also funny. She wasn’t precious and no task was too much.My partner and I were really organised in our planning but you just don’t know what you don’t know - and it was so comforting to have someone like Leisa there to steer the ship on the day. We didn’t have to think of one logistical thing and we’re able to totally relax and have the best day of our lives.I can’t thank Leisa enough and I truly think we wouldn’t have had the day we had without her.

Leisa was the wonderful magic stitch that pulls together all the beautiful elements of my wedding day! Leisa went above and beyond since our first phone call and I'm very grateful for her continued dedication to my wedding. Examples include:1) Leisa is ORGANISED! All my vendors praised her organised style and few even asked me her number so they can work together in the future.2) Leisa has STYLE! I provided limited instructions to Leisa when she was seeking my vision on the candle styling because I only wanted to simple and intimacy, so I didn't hire a stylist. To my pleasant surprise, Leisa not only delivered candle placements that created an intimacy that I was seeking but also highlighted the venue and created two surprising dramatic design element using simple candles- in both ceremony and reception.3) Despite not being advertised, Leisa is a very calm and organised MC! There were few surprising elements during my reception and Leisa were able to create appropriate segues between different sections.If anyone has considering an MC or stylist, I encourage them to extend their budget to have Leisa help you cover everything to ensure your day is a cohesive masterpiece like you imagine it to be. When I organise any party over 30 people in the future, I will definitely call Leisa again and ask her to help out!
