Broke down in Beaufort.. Phil & Morty are the RACV guys for the area. They gave me a run down on what the issue was. I was offered a couple of solutions and I opted for the tow the car back Ararat" and have it repaired in the morning. All good. Great customer service and very happy with the price of my repair.. Highly Recommended."

Great team of professional and welcoming men at Phil and Morty Automotive. Firstly we got picked up by their tow truck and it was great to have a mechanic telling us what may have happened to my car prior to even getting to their repair shop.They provided quick service for our easy job which was just replacing a small part of the coolant hose. They also found the mistake a previous workshop had done on the car as this was the second tow in 4 days!Sadly I am not a local to Ararat area but if I am in the future this would be my go to mechanic's.Highly recommend their services!

Water pump failed in The Grampians.These boys at all times were accommodating, informative and reasonable. While I could have towed the car to Melbourne but as they were prepared to help me so I went with them. So impressive were Phil, Nathan and Bradley with the whole process that I would like to have my car serviced by these guys ….and I live in Melbourne!

Had our new van out for its maiden voyage from Melbourne to Grampians when three warning indicators popped up between Beaufort and Ararat. Rang another mechanic that was short staffed but they referred us to Phil & Morty. Phil agreed to take a look and gave us advice no charge (even though they were busy) and basically saved our weekend! Can’t recommend them enough - top service - would even consider driving from Melbourne to Ararat in future so they can service all my cars. Thanks Phil!
