I ordered an Elegoo Mars 2 Pro from these guys and everything from initial contact, delivery and machine was perfect, I did run into an uncommon issue and emailed them about it - I received an extremely prompt response and was helped thoroughly throughout the entire process that spanned a few weeks due to the shipments of parts, as a first time printer this was so deeply appreciated as they were in contact every step of the way and now my printer is ready to go!
