We purchased a motion bed and mattress from this store! Karen served us amazingly , and we had to request them to store as we were waiting for our new house to be ready. They gave me all the time I needed, didn't push me for complete payment and were so patient with me. They understood my situation and assisted me , going above and beyond for me. Best Service i have recived compared to all other places i have done furniture shopping recently ( and i have done a lot).We picked our bed yesterday from here, finally!Product is amazing! Went to all the big brands looking for mattress and bed frame and who would have thought a smaller store named OMF In Dandenong will have it all. From Karen’s excellent customer service to the very affordable prices combined with great quality had us in awe. It was a one stop shop. Looking forward to buying there again. Cheers!

When I walked in I was created by Karen who was so friendly and helpful. She was able to tick all my boxes for what I needed. The shop had a great energy, the was music playing, people talking to each other and wasn't just a still cold area to walk into like other mattress companies.

Friendly, relaxed shopping experience. In all honesty we wandered into OMF Dandenong not expecting much, having just visited the big-guys next door. They had exactly what we were after. Quality product (bed frame & mattress), in stock, picked up in our SUV same-day saving on delivery, easy assembly with clear instructions. Job done.
